The main attractions for this hotel are the facilities--big pool, excellent fitness center, but also large spa, night club and small casino. I got an upgraded room so the size was fine and it was adequate in every way, but just a bit bland and without any personality. The location is not interesting for tourists and walking around was not all that great due to the heavy traffic in the area.

Although a day after Supertyphoon Yagi hit norther Vietnam, service was up to par. Hotel staff and management excellent as usual

Very friendly staff, buffet breakfast spread was quite good. I liked the pho and the coffee.. Easy access to the little casino at the ground floor.
